Great hotel. One of the nicest Best Westerns I have stayed in. We were supposed to check out on the 30th and move to a hotel closer to the poconos but decided to extend our stay at this hotel 3 more days because it was clean and quiet.  Warmon 7/09

The hotel was absolutely beautiful!! We attended a wedding of a co-worker (Craparo-Levitt) and they could not have chosen a better venue for their reception. Of course we were extremely impressed with the hotel and all its services and staff, but the grounds out back were beautiful. It must be something to see after a snowfall!!!!  Gabel 5/09

 

The pool area is kept up very well. We have stayed here in the past and the pool area looks the same as it did the first time. It is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Life guards are always on duty and friendly.  Bell 5/09

 

I apologize that I did not get his last name but Charlie, at the front desk of East Mountain Inn W-B, was so helpful. We had used the hotel on several occasions for business meetings prior to my overnight stay and each time Charlie went above and beyond to ensure our accommodations were nothing short of excellent.  I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. I'm on the road close to 300 days a year. I stay at hotels all the time. This was only my second time staying at a Best Western. It was better than I thought it would be. Keep doing what you are doing and I'm sure I'll stay at Best Western again in the future. This hotel was great!!!!!  Silverstein 1/09
